Reporting Attendance, Early Dismissal, Late Arrival -  Use the Attendance Line

If your student will be absent or you will be dismissing your student early from school, please call the absence line 860-404-4740 and press 1 to leave a message.  At the prompt, leave your student's name and spell the last name, reason for absence or time of early dismissal and your name.  This will give us a record of your call and it will be entered into your student's attendance.  The attendance line is monitored throughout the day.  If you call the office and we are not able to pick up your call, you will be directed to voicemail.

 

**WE ARE A CLOSED CAMPUS**

STUDENTS WHO LEAVE SCHOOL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY MAY ONLY COME BACK IN WITH A VERIFIABLE NOTE FROM A THIRD PARTY (i.e Doctor). A PARENT NOTE IS ONLY ACCEPTED IF THE PARENT HAS  SPOKEN TO ADMINISTRATION BEFOREHAND REGARDING THE REASON THE STUDENT IS MISSING INSTRUCTION.

Conferences

Conferences that were originally scheduled December 5, 2024 and were cancelled due to the Snow Day, will now be held on December 12, 2024. 

Late Arrival/Early Dismissal for Seniors and Juniors Only

Juniors and Seniors who have a first block study hall or last block study hall may request for a permanent early dismissal or late arrival. Parents must fill out the form below and allow 48 hours for the approval to be processed. At that time, students may come to the office pick up their pass.
